Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and descriptions. All vendors must comply with East African trade regulations and applicable tax laws.
Buyers are protected by our Buyer Guarantee. If an order does not arrive or differs significantly from its description, BageBoxe will facilitate a resolution including refunds where applicable.
The following items may not be listed on BageBoxe: counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and any items that violate local or international law.
BageBoxe acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors, though we will mediate in good faith.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice.
